These terms and conditions are a legally binding agreement. By using the platform you are considered to have automatically accepted all of these terms. If you object to any term, please do not use the platform.

1 Introduction and Acceptance

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

Every individual who wishes to open an account on 88fbd and use the platform's services must meet the following conditions:

  • Each individual may register only one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

88fbd follows an identity verification process to ensure safe and transparent service. For any withdrawal request or high-value transaction, we may ask for the following documents:

88fbd reserves the right to immediately close an account in the event of failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false information.

3 Age Restrictions

88fbd is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21. Only individuals aged 21 or above may open and use an account on this platform.

Creating an account on behalf of a minor or allowing them access to the platform is strictly prohibited. If we find evidence that an account holder is under 21, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be cancelled.

We may at any time request a National ID or birth registration certificate to verify the 21+ age requirement. Failure to provide this information may result in account suspension.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on 88fbd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

  • Deposited funds must be sent from the user's own account.
  • Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.
  • After successful verification, funds are generally added to the account instantly.
  • In the case of a failed transaction, contact the support team within 24 hours.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum amount for withdrawing winnings is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

  • Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Large withdrawals may be held pending until KYC verification is complete.
  • Before withdrawing funds obtained from a bonus, the relevant wagering requirements must be met.
  • Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.

88fbd does not charge any processing fees. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own fees, for which 88fbd bears no responsibility.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

88fbd offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions which must be read before accepting.

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a welcome bonus of up to ৳8,000 at 200% on their first deposit. A 20x wagering requirement must be met to use this bonus.

General Terms for Using Bonuses

  • Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period, which is stated in the bonus description.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
  • If evidence of any bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be cancelled and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
  • 88fbd reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

VIP Program

Our VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%; Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%; and Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.8%. Tier upgrades are determined based on member activity and loyalty to the platform.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on 88fbd are conducted according to specific rules. Compliance with these rules is mandatory for all members.

Bet Placement Terms

  • Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • Bets incorrectly accepted due to a system error will be considered void.
  • 88fbd reserves the right to cancel bets placed after an event has started ("late bets").
  • Each game or betting market has its own maximum bet limit, which is displayed on the platform.

Cricket and Sports Betting

The following applies when betting on various cricket events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments:

  • If a match is abandoned or ends in a draw, applicable bets will be cancelled and stakes returned.
  • Winnings will be determined only after the official result has been published.
  • Live betting relies on real-time data — 88fbd does not accept responsibility for disconnections.

Slots and Casino Games

All slots, table games, and live casino games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair outcomes. The rules of each game are displayed before the game begins.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88fbd platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and all funds may be forfeited:

  • Fraudulent Activity: Any form of fraud, software manipulation, or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
  • Money Laundering: Using the platform to conceal the source of illegal funds.
  • Collaborative Betting: Coordinated betting across multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers.
  • Bots and Automation: Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to play games.
  • Account Transfer: Selling, renting, or transferring your account to another person.
  • Document Fraud: Providing false or altered documents during registration or verification.
  • Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

88fbd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms.
  • Provision of false or incomplete information.
  • Non-cooperation with KYC verification.
  • Suspicious financial transactions.
  • Instructions from law enforcement agencies or a court order.

In the event of account closure, reasonable steps will be taken to return legitimate funds (excluding bonuses or disputed amounts) to the member. However, if fraudulent activity is proven, all funds may be forfeited.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. It is advised to complete all pending withdrawals before voluntary closure.

9 Responsible Gaming
